“Iperspak” Supermarket in Maniago

The assignment concerns the recovery of a building in a seismic area of the Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The redevelopmente process focused on the integration of structures which stand seismic loads and dialogue with the existent shell, charaterized by particular barrel vaults, made with concrete truss, and to the construction of an adiacent building that hosts technical supplies.
The aim has been to create the maximum transparency to the industrial building, with and open front on the street. The interior layout is linear and lead the client to the daily department, enhanced with specific lighting. In 2018 there has been a further enlargement of the building to add the new household department.
