After the first restaurant opened in 2016 by Biancoarancio, another restaurant has been build in Viareggio in 2017.
The services offered by Biancoarancio were from design to construction supervision, the administrative management practices, drafting of specifications and schedules, budget control with a focus on project management and project coordination.
A sort of “proven machine” in which the various components had to function in a perfect manner and synchronized with each other to be able to observe the opening timing and the budget available.
The implementation phase has been treated in detail in order to allow more than 50 companies to work in complete safety, without interference and delays in agreed schedule and complete the construction, from the stage of the foundation excavation to outdoor furniture installation, in 80 days.
