Orano Ritaj Mall Shopping Complex

Let’s imagine, now, a large gold box, which holds inside some precious elements and on which a huge white curtain that overlooks the surrounding city opens.

This was the initial concept that allowed the planning and the subsequent realization of the Orano Ritaj Mall. An innovative shopping center that has brought value and wealth to the surrounding area. 

The project has therefore resulted into a central body which is subdivided in several levels: it has two underground floors set aside for parking space and the ground floor employed as a hypermarket. The three upper floors are the focal point of the commercial route, with galleries, shops and various services dedicated to customers. The restaurant and children’s playground area, with an adjacent SPA, is located on the upper floor with a terrace. The building’s special features are the external facades and an enormous dome with a polycarbonate roof that lights the areas below up, allowing natural light to filter through it. The project is still under construction.
