The entire perimeter is conceived as a dinamic object, attractive day and night, thanks to the facades lighting elements.

The characteristic patio structure allows the construction of a central square, suitable for events and kiosks; this public space is open but protected from the sun also thanks to the particular roof curves shade structures, made of wood and bamboo canes, and the perforated metal brise-soleil on the facades.

Some terraces on the mezzanine floor allow to take advantage even more of the outdoor spaces, used as food courts.

An internal road distributes the drive-through service of three restaurants.
