This project in Montebelluna consists of the displacement of an existing store to a new building. The creation of this space, which is still to be designed and organised, belongs to a private urban renewal plan aimed to recover a strongly degraded area with abandoned craft and industrial business activities between Via Piave and Via Biagi.

The basement accommodates a car park and technical rooms, whereas on the ground floor the shopping area, built on a suspended platform, is located, with an area of 2.500 sm. The neat, regular shape of the building has been enriched with the inclusion of an external big brise-soleil with wooden staves and a varnished steel structure.
